1. License

1lokat LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Pure Glide on devices you own or control, strictly for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• copy, modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the app or any portion of it;
• redistribute, resell, sublicense, lease, or rent Pure Glide or access to it;
• use the app for any commercial purpose without prior written permission from 1lokat LLC;
• remove or alter copyright, trademark, or attribution notices contained in the app.

3. Intellectual property

The Pure Glide name, logo, design, code, screenshots, and all related content are owned by 1lokat LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred to you beyond the limited license granted in section 1.

4. No warranty

Pure Glide is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of training data, or non-infringement. Use of the app — including any decisions you make based on logged data — is at your own discretion and risk.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1lokat LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of training data, profits, opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of Pure Glide.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you violate these Terms. Upon termination you must stop using Pure Glide and delete it from your devices. Sections 3 through 7 survive termination.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where 1lokat LLC is registered. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought before the courts competent at that registered seat.
